Generational Solution

Ending homelessness has been a persistent crisis in cities around the world. In many cases, housing and critical resources exist—but remain out of reach due to fragmented systems and lack of coordination. Benefactum, a social impact technology firm, developed SafePlace, the first-of-its-kind platform that enables service providers to efficiently connect homeless individuals and families with real-time, available housing placements in their area. By streamlining access and improving placement outcomes, SafePlace became a breakthrough that prompted the County of Los Angeles to reimagine and restructure its internal systems—leading to a more streamlined, effective, and responsive approach to program management.

Launched the SafePlace app in Los Angeles County and partnered with local non-profit agencies, housing providers and social workers in an effort to provide tools which allow for greater effectiveness in placing homeless individuals & families in temporary housing leading to permanent homes.

Created licensed technology that can be customized for any City in America.

Provided hands-on training for social workers and housing providers to use and mange the SafePlace app for maxim effectiveness.
