He currently serves as the Economic Development Officer for the Town of Unity, Maine, where he authored and now leads the implementation of the town’s visionary Economic Development Plan. His work emphasizes smart growth, infrastructure revitalization, TIF district expansion, and catalytic investment in local innovation to position Unity for long-term sustainability.
Christopher’s career has spanned leadership roles across the nonprofit, corporate, and academic sectors. As Managing Director of Frontier Ventures (formerly the U.S. Center for World Mission), he led the organization through a major restructuring following the passing of founder Dr. Ralph Winter. Managing a $12M operating budget, he unified nonprofit and real estate operations, launched global R&D initiatives, and positioned the organization to align with emerging trends in mission strategy and global development.
He also served as Chief Advisor and CAO for JAMA Global, where he led the acquisition and development of a first-of-its-kind, 25-acre master-planned agrihood—a purpose-driven residential community designed to support 80 private homes for retired missionaries, pastors, and ministry workers. The community model blended sustainable living, long-term care, and spiritual renewal. He also laid the foundation for establishing a four-year liberal arts college on the site, assembling an initial Board of Trustees and outlining the strategic plan for academic and institutional development.
Christopher co-founded SafePlace, a pioneering public-private initiative developed in partnership with LA County to improve housing placements through a platform-based system integrated with local homeless service providers. He has advised startups across the social enterprise, ed-tech, and media innovation sectors through General Advisors LLC, where he continues to mentor founders and design what he terms "Generational Solutions™"—long-term frameworks for transformational impact.
Earlier in his career, Christopher served as a Business Advisor at Citron & Deutsch, a Los Angeles-based law firm, where he played a pivotal role in matching startup founders with Angel Investors and venture capital. He helped structure deals tied to a $40M fund aimed at early-stage technology companies. He also held executive roles as COO of several innovative tech startups, including firms in the talent management, e-learning, and electric vehicles—many of which introduced first-of-their-kind solutions to market.
Christopher was a 2003–2004 CORO Fellow in Public Policy and Public Affairs, a nationally recognized program that prepares emerging leaders for ethical and effective leadership in both public and private sectors. As part of the fellowship, he was appointed to serve under the LA Deputy Mayor on Economic Development & Entrepreneurship.
A prolific educator, Christopher has designed and taught graduate-level MBA and MA courses in Global Entrepreneurship & Innovation, International Development, Environmental Economics, and Leadership at institutions such as Trinity Western University, William Carey International University, and Hope International University. Christopher has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations and initiatives, including The Go Fund, NextMove, Agua International, the CS Lewis Study Center, and Lindale Kingdom College. Across all roles, he is driven by a deep commitment to servant leadership and sustainable transformation across generations.
